Mission

Our Commitment
"Where there is no vision, the people perish." (Proverbs 29:18)
At The Forge, we believe that the cycles of recidivism and isolation are fueled by a lack of vision—both for the individual man and for the community he returns to. Without a clear path forward, a sense of purpose, and a tribe to stand with, a man’s future can quickly fade. Our commitment is to provide that vision through a unified solution that integrates faith, family, and the skilled trades.
Our Vision for Restoration
We are committed to the rebuilding of men through work, discipline, and brotherhood. We refuse to settle for "assistance-based" models that treat men as victims of their circumstances. Instead, we embrace a production-based model where men gain a pro-social identity by building something of real value. We commit to providing:
-
Hands-on Construction Training: Equipping men with high-demand skills in framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, turning a labor shortage into a catalyst for personal restoration.
-
Structured Living: Creating an environment that promotes accountability, personal growth, and the spiritual discipline necessary for long-term independence.
-
Authentic Brotherhood: Living out the "Iron Sharpens Iron" philosophy, where trust is built shoulder-to-shoulder on the job site and solidified during late-night conversations around the central fire pit.
Our Vision for the Community
Our commitment extends beyond our residents to the state of Arkansas. We see a future where the shortage of skilled labor is met by men who have been forged in the fire of shared struggle. We are committed to expanding the affordable housing supply by building residential cabins and tiny homes that serve the region’s most vulnerable families.
A Living Training Facility
We are building more than a program; we are building a national model for reentry. Our commitment is rooted in the belief that residents should literally build the place that rebuilds them. From our initial "Barndominium" launch to our final 32-resident Full Forge Campus, every board nailed and every pipe laid is a testament to a life being reclaimed.
At The Forge, our vision is clear: Work together. Carry weight together. Build a future together. That is where brotherhood—and a new life—is forged.

What We Stand For
At The Forge, we stand for the belief that no man is a lost cause and no struggle is ever wasted. This ministry was not born from a textbook or a boardroom; it was birthed out of years of personal struggle and a clear, undeniable calling from God to reach those who feel forgotten by the world. We believe that the fire of our past trials was the very thing intended to prepare us for the work of forging futures for men reentering society
